For optimal use
Bath Infusion:
- Boil two cups of water, pour over one or two sachets of tea (3-8 tablespoons) in a heat-proof container.
- Steep for 10-13 minutes, then remove sachets.
- Pour the herbal infusion into your bath for a rejuvenating soak.
Shower:
- Incorporate into your shower routine after cleansing
- Ensure comfortable temperature, then pour slowly over yourself to envelop in soothing energy & dry off, moisturize as usual. You can rinse off or leave the infusion on your body to air dry
